At LNG Solutions, we are dedicated to providing high-quality custom box packaging and printing solutions. However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund or exchange is needed. Please review our policy below for detailed information.
1. Refunds
Refunds are accepted under the following conditions:
- Custom Orders: As our boxes are custom-made, refunds are generally not available unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, or if we fail to deliver your order on time as per our commitment. In such cases, you are also eligible for a refund.
- Eligibility: Refund requests for defective or incorrect items must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.
- Non-Refundable: Custom box designs, personalized orders, or any boxes that have been used, damaged by the customer, or altered from their original condition are non-refundable.
Refund Process:

- Attach photos of the product to support your claim.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
2. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect orders under these conditions:
- Timeframe: Requests must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.
- Eligibility: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include proof of purchase.
Exchange Process:
- Contact our customer service via Ingservicesllc1@gmail.com with your order number, issue, and photos.
- We will provide a prepaid shipping label if the product qualifies for an exchange due to our error.
- A replacement will be sent to you once the returned item is received and inspected.
3. Shipping and Handling
- Refunds: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error or defect is on our end.
- Exchanges: We cover return shipping costs for defective or incorrect orders. For design or customization changes, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
4. Custom Orders and Design Approval
As all our boxes are custom printed based on the approved design provided by the customer:
- We recommend carefully reviewing the proof before final approval.
- Refunds and exchanges will not be accepted due to customer error in design approval (such as typos, incorrect logos, or graphics).
5. How to Start a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
